I've categorized my spaces as such; Private spaces are access for the patients at free will, Public spaces are for the patients, guest, etc., the Mixed spaces are access for the patients with supervision or permission from the faculty, and the Faculty spaces are self explanatory.

I like the orientation of your spaces, the way you used double height areas. I can also see that you have already thought of your set backs, this is good. And with that I like how gave certain spaces balcony or terrace areas. Keep on thinking and advancing, I can't wait to see the final product.
