 I've categorized my spaces as such; Private spaces are access for the patients at free will, Public spaces are for the patients, guest, etc., the Mixed spaces are access for the patients with supervision or permission from the faculty, and the Faculty spaces are self explanatory.

I actually had some difficulty choosing which site I wanted. Both  have there strong points: Brooklyn has a wonderful view of the bridges, the pier and a park while Manhattan has a view of the Freedom  Tower, a park and the lively environment of people interaction. My building typology, Drug Rehabilitation Clinic, asks for quiet, a view &  spacing. Manhattan is my choice mainly because of the challenging spaces, access, and multiple view of highrise buildings that govern the site.
